REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Sometimes things happen - that’s OK. Returning an order by post is easy. Depending on the nature of the product, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact, and in their original packaging.

1. LET US KNOW WHAT YOU’D LIKE TO RETURN

If you’d like to return an order, please email the following details to: returns@slidr.com within 14 days. Once we have received your email, we will confirm your return request and follow up with any queries
  • Product Details (Brand + Product name)
  • Your order number.
  • Reason for return (damaged on receipt, brother bought it for your birthday, etc.)

2. POST YOUR PARCEL

Send the item in condition you received it, using a recorded courier service: we recommend tracked shipping. Once the item has been received and checked by the team, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, when returning items, we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
